We Are Open

The exhibition We Are Open curated by Oxana Kovalchuk, Markus Holtby, Juan Bravo, and Sabrina Puppin, was on view from November 12 through November 15, 2020 with a public opening reception on November 12.
The artwork in this exhibition represented a variety of aesthetic and conceptual points of view expressed through different media including painting, printing, sculpture, and video.
The 11 artists included, both established and emerging, are
Mengfan Bai, Rachel G. Cole, Hyemi Kim, Lisa DiDonato, Jae Won Jung, Hera H. Kim, KellyAnn Monaghan, Zahra Nazari, Brit Schmid, Alicia Smith, Linda Streicher, and Wushuang Tong.
Each artist brought to the show her/his own unique idea expressed through composition and color, and representing different stories. We Are Open presented one of the few live art shows at the end of 2020. All visitors to the exhibition were surveyed and were required to present proof of vaccination.
